If you sew you can put your own button holes in the outfits,

If you cut your own slit and do not have a sewing machine, you might want to hand stich around the opening, to cut down on the fraying. Also you could mark the hole and take it to a tailor or check with your local dry cleaner since many of them do alterations. I know from experience that it is hard to find the d ring hole exactly where and what direction you need it to be. Also make sure that you buy the clothes a size larger, I know the harness vest you have and it is bulky.
