Welcome to YT~You may want to ask the mod to move this to the breeder section as you might get more responses there.

Since this is an open board that is free to post on, be prepared to receive varying opinions, ideas and feedback. You'll have people with all sorts of beliefs, backgrounds and experiences answering you...but one thing we all have in common is that we are passionate about Yorkies and we all just want what is best for them.

If I were in your shoes, the first thing I would do is find a new vet. I would either find a reproductive specialist or I would find a vet who has a lot of experience in dealing with toy breeds and I would then make an appointment to rule out a UTI or any other problems that may be going on. Being that you are a new to this, your vet is basically going to be your lifeline and you are going to want to develop a good relationship with them...ESPECIALLY if you plan to be a breeder.

If I were you...I would find a vet as soon as possible. Just 2 weeks ago, someone came on here thinking their dog might be pregnant as she'd just finished her heat cycle and there was another male dog in the house....but instead her little girl had pyometria and she ended up passing away.
