If the blood is fresh, bright red, it means there's a problem in the large intestines &/or colon. Is there any mucus w/the bloody poop? Mucus means there's inflammation & the intestinal lining is being expelled. If there's both mucus & blood, it's probably colitis.

I really like Fromm, but it uses too many ingredients in their food esp the grain free versions like game bird. I think your pup is better off w/a limited ingredient diet. Much easier to figure out if she has any negative reactions to the food. Colitis pups do well on a strict low fat high fiber diet.

She'll probably need vitamin B shot & any sub-q fluids if she's dehydrated along w/antibiotics. Hope it all goes well @ the vet!

If this has been going on for years, is that also the blood in poop? Have hookworms been ruled out?
