Canned or dry? If she's on canned, switch to dry but feed it moistened with water, and/or mix in cottage cheese or veggies, noodles, egg whites, or chicken to make it interesting. Eating bad stuff occasionally is better than her not eating. One formula is chicken based, the other is pork based. Gerber's Chicken Baby food, Stage 2 is good also. They also need a higher fat content to make the liver happy.

Is her shunt inoperable, or does she have multiple shunts?
