Sounds like you had a yummy diner too!! My mom finally added some kick to her enchiladas. Over the years her enchiladas have gotten sweeter and sweeter. I'm tempted to have more people over if it means she'll make the good enchiladas.

Lemons don't exists in our home. Limes however are in everything. I'm so use to limes that lemonade just doesn't cut it for me. It doesn't taste right to me!
