Yay! I got a very basic Brother sewing machine for $44 today! Regular price is $75! Thank you Black Friday and walmart 15% off card
It really is a simple machine but I don't know a thing about sewing so I figured I would learn the basics. I am so happy though! I Feel like I need to name my first machine LOL
I watched the DVD and learned how to thread the machine. At first I was having problems getting the lower thread from the bobbin to pop up through the footer thing but I finally got it and sewed my first stitches ever on a scrap of fabric. So excited!!! LOL I was so giddy. I want to sign up for classes and I have lots to learn.
You guys have always inspired me and I hope I can be even a teeny tiny bit as talented as the fabulous YT sewing ladies! P.s. I will try not to ask too many overly obvious, stupid questions haha.
