I'm same with salt. You need to make sure you drink tons of water. Esp me, since I do drink, that is dehydrating as well, so i need to drink even more water. While I do see bad food make me gain weight, I also see it in my skin. My skin is dry so when I get more dry I look really tired and old. I've been doing well with all fruit and veggie smoothies in the mornings. This may be TMI, but when we were on vacay, of course we didn't make our smoothies. Didn't have the "right" kind of poop for the whole time. As soon as we got home and got back in the routine, things went back to normal.

I agree with Kristin, forget about the fad diets. Eat healthy, with lots of fiber, cut out sugars and processed foods. Try cooking at home more, and from scratch. I love doing that. It's almost like a challenge, what can I make from scratch that is better from what I can get store bought. Sure it takes longer, but you know exactly what is going into your food.
