You have a tiny Yorkie, not a tea cup, no such thing, just a name used to jack up the price. I had a girl that weighed in at 3.4lbs, she was the same as you explained yours to be. What does you vet say about your little man, you do need to take extra care with the tiny Yorkies, as they are prone to health problems. We love pics here, and could give you some better advice, if we could see him. No matter what, they are all love bugs, and be happy with him, and enjoy every minuet with him. Welcome to YT.
