I am sorry that lady has put your though so much. What is the status now? Are you still waiting for her to return the female? Did she not ever finish paying for her? Sadly there are a lot of people out there that lie about things. I have ran into a few of them myself. If it were me I would be demanding the dog back and I would not take anymore excuses. I hope you get it resolved quickly.
