I have moments like that where I am putting on a pair of pants I haven't worn in awhile and find they are super tight. That is when I know it is time to put down the ice cream.
My weaknesses are sugar, not getting enough rest, and lately not getting enough physical activity. My work requires a lot of sitting at the computer.
