Thanks for the advice. I have got in shape before doing it the right way and I should do it that way again. I just seen a picture of my big butt this morning and it got me going OMG! But what you are saying is right. I don't want to mess up my body.

BTW. for me stress definitely has a "gain" effect. And when I stress I can't lose it either.
