I would skip the fad diets. Feed your body and fuel your metabolism. When you starve your body, you damage your metabolism. Often the damage is permanent and it gets worse as you grow older and your body naturally slows down.

Thanks for the advice. I have got in shape before doing it the right way and I should do it that way again. I just seen a picture of my big butt this morning and it got me going OMG!
But what you are saying is right. I don't want to mess up my body.
BTW. for me stress definitely has a "gain" effect. And when I stress I can't lose it either.
