That creepy poem seemed as it was meant somewhat as a condolence to Caroline, since she was surprised to be in the bottom 3 last week, feeling vulnerable this week, so CeLo proclaims his love of her rather than tell her she did a great job. I almost feel that that would possibly hurt her in the votes, as others may feel the same creepiness as we do.
