So this is the second purchase I have made from Doggie Couture, and although I wasn't super pleased with how the first time went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided I would try one more time. Well this time I ordered a bow and a cardigan, and that was almost 4 weeks ago. I have contacted and emailed numerous times and have only been emailed back once or twice saying they would check into it and let me know. Today after I sent a few emails explaining not so nicely that I really wanted my stuff or either my money back, they changed the status of my order online from processing to shipping. it says it will be here by Friday so I guess I will see. Just beware from buying from here, they obviously do not care to much about their customers.
