I'm really confused about this sudden change in behaviour. She has plenty of exercise and stimulation, so it can't be boredom.
I'm worried this will escalate and she will be like this all the time.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, she's still such a little baby, and she's still learning - she's having her zoomy, wild-time....and she doesn't know when to stop. She's probably teething, too - just to add to the fun aaargh!
I realise it's difficult at 13 weeks to give her real, hard exercise - indoors is fine, but she'll be sooooo much better once she's out and about, experiencing all the new sights and sounds and smells....it'll wear her out.
And this time WILL pass - get her some Kong Air squeaky tennis balls, throw them around a lot for her, wear her out.....this is obviously her manic time of the day!!! When she's biting AT you - give her a baby Nylabone or something similar to chew on - distract her - make her chew on something apart from your face!!!!
