Vet told me that her blood work isn't that bad. Vet requested liver chemistry and She had low blood sugar and everything was normal besides ALK phosphatase 134 when normal is 5-131. I asked him if I should do another test in a couple weeks to see if she's better. He said just to look at her and to give medicine when she has symptoms. He said not to worry but now I'm reading everywhere that within one year dogs with liver shunt die. |
