what kind of problem are you having. if you go to your play store or app store just search instagram, download, sign up with a user name and password. then go to the camera button in the center and it will ask if u want to take a pic or choose from your gallery. upload the pic. then use #ytpicchallenge and #yorkietalk for us to see them. if u have any other questions i'll try to help more!
