Ian also eats Wellness Core reduced fat kibble, but his is mixed with Solid Gold Wee Bits. He has lost quite a bit, and is at his ideal weight. I started taking him on longer walks, and cut out all treats except string beans, blueberries, and sweet potatoes. The weight came off rather quickly; his vet was very happy. I fed him the same amount, 1/4 cup in the morning and evening. String beans for lunch. Oh, sometimes he would have some plain Fage Greek yogurt with his blueberries.
