Maggie is a spoiled baby who loves soft things. My bed and my sofa aren't soft enough I guess, because if my fleece blanket is on the sofa she will lay on the blanket covered part. I was thinking I would get her the fleece bed I saw on the YHR site. Is it the same as the Cloud 9 except,it is fleece instead of cotton? If so, I assume it is just as washable, though I know fleece sometimes pills with extended use/washings.

My moms dog has two cloud 9s and she is bigger than your pup. So your pup will fit in it just fine! Funny thing is her pups name is Maggie too!

As far as the fleece, I am not sure it would hold up as well as the cotton or flannel. I'm not sure but that's just my thought. You could send YHR a message using the contact us on the site. They may know more about it. I have three cloud 9s, two cotton and one flannel. In my opinion, the cotton has held up better (although the flannel has done just fine!). But my pups love both. I use the flannel blankets when I want to use fleece.
