Has your vet said she is underweight? I would not try to fatten her up until you talk to him because it that makes her overweight that to can bring lots of health problems. Also there is no such thing as a teacup the standard is not to exceed 7 pounds but even the yorkies over that are still just yorkies no special term. It was a word that bad breeders and puppy mills made up to jack up the prices of there pups.
