As soon as he starts this type of behavior, pick him up and put him in a room or other spot by himself. Then, after just a few minutes, let him out and watch him closely. If he does it again, back to jail. When he comes out and behaves, give him lots of praise.

They are smart and will quickly learn that unacceptable behaviors will take them away from who they want to be with.

You must be quick and be consistent for it to work. He needs to know he cannot be around people if he is biting.
