[Alexa and Macy]

My yorkie is only 9 weeks old. the first few days I got her she peed on her pee pads, but now she pees whereever she feels like. I dont know If I should take her outside yet as she has only had her first round of shots. I also had her crate just outside my room and she would cry and bark so I put her crate in my room at night but she still wines. the only way she stops is if i go and pet her should I keep her in the crate at night or let her sleep in bed with me?

any help would be much appreciated!!
