For anyone reading this who is looking for a Yorkie from this breeder. I, who regularly review Yorkie breeders would highly recommend this breeder who has over 30 years experience and only this one complaint on that end the breeder did try to fulfill her end of the contract that was signed and agreed to buy the original poster.

Whenever you purchase a Yorkie from a breeder be sure to have a lawyer go over the contract and then decide if it is one that you can adhere to. A contract is a contract that once signed is a legal document. If you are not happy with the contract presented to you discuss with the breeder before signature, if an agreement can't be made do NOT sign and find another breeder.
