It should not only be closed but completely deleted along with the other threads the OP started about the breeder. The name of the thread is liable. In this age of technology, there is no need to mail the vet records. You or your vet could have emailed all findings. You have never even given the name of your vet so the breeder could contact and find out what is going on with her puppy.
If this puppy was truly diagnosed as you have stated, your vet consult with a specialist is not enough. The specialist should have examined Max. You agreed earlier that you were keeping Max and the matter was closed yet and, you are changing things. I too don't understand your motives.
