(I use a feminine napkin inside it to protect the band itself from the pee).
If MY dog pees in MY house, that is MY problem. If YOUR dog pees in my house, I have an issue. Especially if you don't stop immediately, whip out your bottle of nature's miracle that you MUST carry if you know your dog has bad manners, and clean up the mess.  | Belly bands!  Good idea!
