The key words were "one dog only". The landlord never mentioned anything about cats!!!!
There's a cat that I see from time to time around my house. I can't tell if s/he belongs to anyone b/c I don't see any collar. And the cat looks pretty healthy (only judging from its weight, and other physical appearance) so... I don't know if one (or more) of the neighbors are just feeding it. I really hope the cat belongs to someone and gets to sleep in a warm place. It's starting to get really cold here. Saw that temp is dropping to 33 degrees this Sunday.
