Oh they love to jump!!! Not weird at all. But, Please Please be careful. There was a Yorkie on this site who broke it's leg I think last week from jumping off a high bed.
Post pictures of your baby so we can all see!! My 11 mo. old has changed so much that she actually sits still now when I pet or brush her. She was a jumper too but I had to make her stop. I knew they were sensitive little things but I didn't know in the beginning that jumping was so hard on them.
