We also got trupanion and hoped we'd never need it but we did. Yogi got encephalitis and $5000 later, after hospitalizations, spinal tap, brain scan, many weeks of meds, etc, he is a happy healthy crazy 1 & 1/2 yr old. Trupanion paid us back $4000. They paid everything they were supposed to, I only paid all office visits, my chosen deductible, and 10 percent of all costs. Obviously I am very happy with them and so happy we bought the coverage! |
