Congrats!!! I will always encourage anyone to quit smoking.
As an ex smoker myself I can tell that it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. I still remind myself everyday that I do not smoke because honestly sometimes it just sounds like something I would like to do once - but I cannot just have one.
Keep up the good work!! Very proud of you.
