I have a coworker with a new yorkie (Spanky). The little fellow has been itchy since he got him. He has been to the vet multiple times & has tried several of the home remedies mentions above, without success. The last time he went to the vet, he was told to lather him up really good in Selsun Blue shampoo (active ingredient- selenium sulfide), wrap him up in a towel, leave it on for 15 min, then rinse. He did this & said that it has helped immensely! |
