I'd follow the vet's advise and see if she doesn't improve in a couple days. I think she probably will. But - if she doesn't, take her in and have the vet look at her.

I can't tell you how many times my dogs have had a sore leg for a day or two. Especially my larger dogs who play outside more. They occasionally come in with a limp that soon disappears.

I just hate to see you get a vet bill - that probably and hopefully is not necessary.

With my one dog (not my Yorkie) it seemed like I lived in the vet's office for two years. And - even so - there were many times that I was able to avoid a vet visit by waiting a day or two - letting many problems disappear. I am, of course, talking about different problems and injuries that were certainly not life threatening - nor were my dogs bleeding or in a lot of pain. Sometimes you can wait a day or two.......
