Hi-I'm having similar problems with my Yorkie-CJ. Only had him since 9/1, he's around 2 and don't know his history. He would NOT crate train, just peed in it and sat in it. During the day he is in an enclosed garage and only occasionally goes in there, and if he does its right by the door. At home we've had to put pads in the corner of our dining room and he consistently goes there if I don't watch him every second. Even if he's just been outside, he'll come in and use the pad. Its definitely frustrating! I'm trying to catch him when I see him heading that way and put him out, but he defnitely sneaks off to do it and its hard to catch him! Work in progress for sure. |
