 loose dog
I'm confused. Yes, I did buy him and have a bill of sale from the owner. The little guy is doing good. I bought him a shirt halter type. He hates to be on a leash and I think it scares him after being tied up all the time. His old owner really did a lot of harm to him. He watches the other 2 dogs and tries to follow them. Hope we can find a owner for him soon or it's going to be tough to let him go. When she bought him over he had a collar on that was at least an inch wide and pulled up in the middle with plastic ties to tighten it. Ugh! My oldest yorkie has a bad heart condition and my other yorkie has a liver issue so they are both on a lot of meds and special foods which is kind of hard having the little guy. He loves to go in the car with my husband.
