Well Chloe has been with us for almost 2 weeks now, she was completely potty trained in 3 days, she has been to the groomer and is just the cutest thing EVER. The "attacks" on my Shih Tzus are becoming less frequent. If we catch her running to them mach 80 like her hair is on fire and we sternly say her name she will stop, we are still having an occassional incident here and there, however she is starting to understand. We resorted to using a mesh muzzle ( which she absolutely detests). If she bites one of our dogs, we immediately tell her NO and put the muzzle on her, we leave it on for about 1/2 hour while she is put into a gated area by herself ( which she also detests) She really seems to be understanding this, it's just like all of a sudden she loses control ever so often. We are determined to get this behavior corrected because other than this problem she is just a perfect dog. We just love her to pieces!
