Default Has anyone heard of rotary nystagmus in Yorkies

My dog cooper whom I rescued 3 years ago just turned 5 last week is in the er vet seeing a neurologist. He was fine all day yesterday he doesn't get into things pretty low key dog. He uses his steps to get up and down from the bed. When I got home last night he did not come to the door. I knew something was wrong. There was 5 piles of throw up on my bed. I pile of diarrhea. I cleaned him
Up have him some water he drank it but threw up right away. Took him to the emergency vet who wasn't sure what issue was. Went to my regular vet who said its neurological referred him out to a specialist. As far as I know coop didn't get into anything no new meds or treats. I'm at the neurologist right now. They took him in the back with a tech. I'm not very pleased I can't go with him. I love my dog, after my husband and kids died in a car accident my dogs helped me get thru it.
