We both have a Max.
My Max went through eye problems, corneal ulcers, from injury. It was a 6 month ordeal, off and on. I understand how scary and upsetting eye problems can be.
Cooler morning air helped him when he had active ulcers. I remember one hot, humid night that I gave in to his desperation to go walking. His eye became so dry and agitated that his third lid popped out. I thought he had cherry eye. It went back in when his eye calmed down.
When I first joined YT, there were more members whose pups suffered dry eye and had to have daily drops. Corneal ulcers are always a concern.
