Oh that stinks. Im sorry. I feel your pain though.
I did "something" to the back of my knee Monday and it still really hurts. I just have an ace bandage around mine, as I dont know what I did (but do i go to the dr...noooooo.....)
anyway..i broke a small bone in my foot last year and had to do the brace thing at night...not fun!
