I need some advice!

Smoke, my yorkie is a year and a half old. I had originally started him out on Solid Gold Just a Wee Bit after visiting my locally owned pet store. He was having issues with itchiness and dandruff so after much reading here and learning about dog foods I switched him to Canidae Pure Sea so he would get the oils he needs as well as get him off grains.

He's now pooping twice as much as he did before, drinking A LOT more water (feel like I'm always refilling his water) and his poops are soft, not diarrhea loose, but always soft.

Now I feel more confused than ever, I'm thinking of trying the following foods (the number behind it is the rating on dogfoodanalysis.com):

TOTW High Prairie (6)
Wellness Core Grain Free Original (6)
Fromm Four Star Surf & Turf (5)

Does anyone have any experience with any of these three? I appreciate all your advice in advance!
