Good luck in finding an answer. I hope it is something as easy as a food allergy, but I wouldn't rule out cda immediately. The location of the bald areas seem to match, and for 2 siblings to have the same, it sounds like it could be genetic. Keep up the research and post pics when able. Welcome!
