Welcome to YT!! I am glad you've made it here so you can learn about the breed and save yourself a lot of heartache and money and from making bad decisions.
If you buy from a breeder who is intentionally trying to breed small dogs, you are probably going to buy a host of problems with them AND you will pay a lot for those problems. If you happen upon a quality breeder who has a smaller puppy they are selling, that's a totally different story.
Teacups don't exist. A 3 lb yorkie is just a yorkie. A yorkie is a yorkie is a yorkie!!
By baby doll face, are you looking with a dog with a more compact muzzle and those sweet big eyes??
