When you say teacup do you mean a pup that will be 2-3 lbs fully grown? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "doll faced" can you post an example? Most breeders won't/can't guarantee weight as an adult, but you can get a good idea by looking at your perspective pup's parents and grandparents ...but keep in mind even sire/dams within the standard of weight that "throw" smaller sized pups can have a "throwback" larger yorkie. Or that small pup that you were guaranteed would only be 2.5#'s could have a growth spurt and be 8 lbs.
