I prefer regular vets. As far as puppy shots I think those are very important and should not be skipped. As far as adult shots go I think Dap should be at least every 5 years but some vets do every 3 but it is definitely not needed every year. Rabies you will have to do what your local law says. If Lepto is your choice you need to research and see if it is a problem in your area my family had a goat die of Lepto so I do it and if you get it its a yearly shot. I also do Bordatella because most groomers require it and I take Callie a lot of places, she gets the inter nasal one yearly. Lyme is again your choice I used to do it but we moved and Callie is not getting bit by a massive amount of ticks like she was. With small dogs it is best to only do one shot at a time.
