Poor little girl, she must not be feeling too well. Sounds like she had a nastier attack than my boy and that it will take a bit longer to recover. Until she feels better she may not want to eat much, so she may not eat the Hills either. But they say resting the pancreas is helpful, so perhaps your pup knows best? Hope the vet will give you advice when you go back.
Insurance sure helps here, even a medical problem can run many $100s, for me it was about $750 so far with the retest etc. My boy was doing well so I took him to get the all clear on the P attack, and when I told the vet he was always hungry he said that he may have Cushings as well !!! AAARGHHH! I was devastated, but luckily he tested fine for all organs and functions. That was a scare I did not need. Wishing a speedy recovery for Zoey and less stress for you. Get well soon baby. |
