BBB.........Better Business Bureau. Costs over $500.00/year to be a member of BBB...a lot of people will not patronize a business unless it is a member of the BBB. If you have done business with a BBB member and were not satisfied with what happened, you contact the BBB and they contact the member, get both sides of the story, with any documentation, and they try to get a compromise between the member and the customer, that everyone is satisfied with.
