Villette, I have been thinking for a while now that you probably should be preparing yourself some healthy meals instead of the Lean Cuisines, and I guess I was waiting for Pat to tell you, lol. I know that you don't want to do that because you already have to cook differently for your hubby, but maybe give it a try! Here's a fat free recipe archive I use all the time.

If you are going to increase calories, make sure it's with healthy foods; fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
