My 3 have never gone potty or poo inside a store. Of course, I would clean it up if they ever do! Why would a person not clean up after there pet is beyond me! The pet stores I have gone in all provide items for your convenience to clean up after your pets. A "responsible" pet owner always takes care of the oops!
