Making a more dramatic sound when the puppy bites too hard and making the pup realize it has hurt you will help get her to realize that that is a bad thing. You can really ham up the injury so she feels bad. These pups are usually very sensitive to their people's emotions and get more so as they mature. Of course pups don't always have the longest memories and their attention span is not that great either so being consistent is important.

Other then that giving her lots of exercise will help to lower that energy level. Lots of brisk walks or runs help. For inside work outs teaching her to play fetch can burn a lot of energy. We throw small balls from one room to the next for Gracie and she loves it. A tired puppy is a more peaceful puppy.
