I've dealt with allergies in 2 of mine, and they are so complicated and tough to deal with...so I really feel your pain.

It doesn't sound like food allergies, but if you are changing diets for a trial make sure it is novel or it's a waste of time. Either a hydrolyzed rx food for twelve weeks or a homecooked diet of one novel protein and one novel carb...
