I have the Fisher & Paykel dish drawers too. I love it. I can wash dishes in one drawer and if I don't empty the clean dishes right away I can use the other drawer for dirty dishes. That allows me to put away the clean dishes at my leisure without having dirty dishes pile up in the sink.
