In situations like this, I'd let their actions be their advertisement. Go to Yelp.com and see if they have a business page already- if they don't, it's very easy to make one and review them. Not only should people know this company is ill equipped in properly handling & grooming young animals, they also make no apologies for their treatment of those animals or their pet-parents.

Sucks that you had to find out the hard way, but maybe you can save someone else the headache.
