Hi! I'm new to yorkie talk!!
I'm looking into getting another baby, as our dear yorkie passed on a year ago.
Just wondering what anyones opinion is on a breeder not guaranteeing hips/knees? I was told this by a breeder and wasn't sure if this was normal?
